How long are the school tours and museum visits?
- Walking tours (outdoors): approx. 2 hours, adjustable to your schedule.
- Guided museum visits for groups: usually limited to 1 hour 30 minutes.

- Museum entry tickets. Tour Time can purchase group tickets in advance on your behalf — just indicate this in the form. Note: the Museo del Prado charges an additional €15 group management fee.
- Although the Tour Time team can handle ticket management, in the case of educational centers, it is usually recommended that the schools manage this process themselves. This way, management tends to be more efficient, costs are significantly reduced, and, in some cases, it is even possible to access special rates or free tickets.

Practical information for teachers and PTAs
- How to book: Fill in the form with your preferred date, time and number of participants. We’ll get in touch to go over the details. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Minimum group size: No strict minimum — contact us via the form and we’ll advise.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit card or cash.
- What are wireless audio headsets? A wireless guide system for clear communication between the guide and the group — regardless of noise or distance. Not to be confused with standard audio guides; our system involves a real person interacting with your students in real time.
- Summer cultural activities: Yes, we design summer programmes with educational itineraries, museum visits and interactive activities. Contact us via the form to customise dates and themes.
Cancellation policy
- Users can cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the contracted service and receive a refund of the amount paid, deducting any management and reservation fees.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or there is no show, there will be no refund as the services will be closed and will generate costs.
- Note: Some services may have specific conditions depending on the providers.

How do I book and what documentation does the school need?
The usual process for organising a school trip with Tour Time is as follows:
- Request a quote: Fill in the form indicating school level, number of students, preferred date and type of visit. Tour Time responds with a personalised proposal.
- Confirmation and booking: Once the proposal is accepted, the booking is confirmed. We recommend confirming at least one week in advance.
- School documentation: A quote or pro-forma invoice is issued for the school's administration department to process the activity. If you need a specific document, mention it when contacting us.
- Parent consent forms: The management of student authorisation forms is the responsibility of the school, in line with its internal protocol.
- Museum tickets: Tour Time can purchase group tickets in advance to avoid queues. Please note that the Museo del Prado charges an additional €15 group management fee.
