Tour Time is a private tour agency in Madrid with official tourist guides accredited by the Comunidad de Madrid. Our services are designed for private groups of any size: families, groups of friends, schools and colleges, companies (team building, incentives, corporate events), seniors over 65, and international travelers looking for a personalised experience in Madrid and the surrounding area.

Tour Time operates exclusively on a private basis. Every tour or guided visit is carried out only for the group that books it, without sharing the guide or the route with other, unknown visitors. The result is a more flexible, personalised experience, free from the pace imposed by mass tours.

Spanish law requires official accreditation from the Comunidad de Madrid to work as a tourist guide inside national museums and protected heritage sites. An unaccredited guide cannot lead groups inside the Prado Museum, the Royal Palace, or other monuments. Accreditation also guarantees certified training in art history and heritage, and unrestricted access to every site on the route.

Yes. Tour Time has official guides in Spanish, English, French and Italian. All of them are accredited by the Comunidad de Madrid and experienced with international groups. The website is also available in these four languages to make booking easier for foreign travelers.

The process starts by filling in the contact form or sending a direct message to our team. An advisor gets in touch to understand the group's needs (number of people, language, dates, interests) and proposes the best solution. There is no automatic online booking: the service is personalised from the very first contact.

Price depends on the type of service, duration, group size and whether museum or monument tickets are included. Since tours are private, the cost per person is usually more efficient the larger the group. For an accurate quote, the fastest way is to contact our team directly.

We recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance to guarantee guide availability in your preferred language and date. In high season (Easter, summer, Christmas) or for large groups, book earlier. For visits to limited-capacity sites such as the Liria Palace or the Royal Collections Gallery, advance booking is especially important.

It depends on the service. In some cases Tour Time manages ticketing as part of the service; in others, the client purchases tickets directly to optimise cost or availability. Our team advises on each case, especially in high season, when tickets can sell out well in advance.
