- Reduced Price: €29 (Children from 6 to 12 and people with special needs). The reduction applies as long as it does not affect the base price of €180.

- Meeting point: Plaza de Isabel II, under the statue of Isabel II (Opera metro station). See map below.
- Flexible schedule: We will coordinate with you both the start time and the meeting place with the guide.

How long does the tour last?
- The tour lasts 2 hours. Afterward, you'll receive suggestions for continuing your enjoyment, or you can visit a recommended restaurant in the area. The schedule is tailored to your needs and group size.

- How to make the reservation? Fill in the form indicating day and time, number of people, etc… We will contact you to discuss details, so you will not have any doubts.
- Is a minimum number of participants required? The published price is for a minimum of 4 people, but we also customize for one person. Check the price by filling out the information form.
- What is the payment method? Bank Transfer or cash.
- What are radio guides? They are a wireless guiding system that allows easy communication between the guide and the visitor. It is the most practical and advisable method for communication so that you don’t miss any details. Do not confuse with Audioguide (in this case, there is no physical person interacting with the visitor).
Cancellation
- Users can cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the contracted service and receive a refund of the amount paid, deducting any management and reservation fees.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or there is no show, there will be no refund as the services will be closed and will generate costs.
