  • Users can cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the contracted service and receive a refund of the amount paid, deducting any management and reservation fees.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or there is no show, there will be no refund as the services will be closed and will generate costs.

Christmas lights tour route description:

The tour starts at Puerta de Alcalá, where you can admire the impressive garland of lights. Then, you will walk along Paseo del Prado, where you can see Christmas trees, lights, and Christmas figures.

At Plaza de Cibeles, you will see the big Christmas star. Then, you will walk to Puerta del Sol, where you can see the Puerta del Sol clock.

After Puerta del Sol, you will walk along Calle Gran Vía, where you can see shops and restaurants decorated for Christmas.

Finally, you will arrive at Plaza Mayor, where you can see a giant Christmas tree and a Christmas market.

This tour is a great way to see Madrid’s Christmas lights and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the city.

If you are looking for a longer tour, you can add a stop at the Temple of Debod, which is lit up in a special way for Christmas. You can also add a stop at the Botanical Garden, which has a Christmas market and a giant Christmas tree.
