What is the price of the Christmas lights tour?
- Price of the visit for private groups: €180 (up to 4people). From five people onwards €45/person.
- Children up to 6 years old: Free.
- Reduced Price: €29. (Children aged 6 to 12 and people with special needs). *The reduction applies as long as it does not affect the base price of €180.

- You can organize a Christmas Lights Tour for your family, friends, colleagues or whoever you want. The only requirement is to have a good time. We also organize excursions and visits for groups of private entities.
How long do these tours or group visits last?
- The Christmas Lights Tour lasts 2 hours, with time to stop and take photos. You will be accompanied by a certified guide throughout the tour. Afterward, we'll give you ideas for how to continue enjoying yourself, or suggest a restaurant in the area. The schedule is tailored to your needs and group size.
What is the meeting point?
- The route begins at the Puerta de Alcalá, in the center of Madrid and ends at the Plaza Mayor, also in the center of Madrid.
- Flexible schedule: Recommended time: 7pm (from Saturday, November 22nd to Tuesday, January 6th). We will coordinate the start time and meeting point with the guide with you.
- We also adapt the Christmas lights route to your needs. Ask us!

- How to make the reservation? Fill in the form indicating day and time, number of people, etc… We will contact you to discuss details, so you will not have any doubts.
- Is a minimum number of participants required? The published price is for a minimum of three people, but we also customize for one person. Check the price by filling out the information form.
- Form of payment: Bank Transfer or cash.
- What are radio guides? They are a wireless guiding system that allows easy communication between the guide and the visitor. It is the most practical and advisable method for communication so that you don’t miss any details. Do not confuse with Audioguide (in this case, there is no physical person interacting with the visitor).
Cancellation
- Users can cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the contracted service and receive a refund of the amount paid, deducting any management and reservation fees.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or there is no show, there will be no refund as the services will be closed and will generate costs.
- Note: Some services may have specific conditions depending on the providers.

The tour starts at Puerta de Alcalá, where you can admire the impressive garland of lights. Then, you will walk along Paseo del Prado, where you can see Christmas trees, lights, and Christmas figures.
At Plaza de Cibeles, you will see the big Christmas star. Then, you will walk to Puerta del Sol, where you can see the Puerta del Sol clock.
After Puerta del Sol, you will walk along Calle Gran Vía, where you can see shops and restaurants decorated for Christmas.
Finally, you will arrive at Plaza Mayor, where you can see a giant Christmas tree and a Christmas market.
