What is the price of a visit to the Royal Collections Gallery?
- Price of the visit for private groups: €180 (1 to 4 people)
- Additional: 45€/ person for the five person or more. Ask about a discount for groups of six or more people.
- Children up to 6 years old: Free
- Reduced price: 29€ (Children ages 6 to 12 and people with special needs). *The discount applies as long as it does not affect the base price of 180€.
- Note: Please inquire about possible weekend price variations for private groups.
- What are private groups? These are groups of families or friends of up to 20 people. The visit is private, meaning no one outside the group joins.
- *Ask about special prices for corporate groups, schools, or collectives .
What is the meeting point?

- Flexible schedule: We will coordinate with you both the start time and the meeting place with the guide.
How long does this visit last?
- The guided tour of the Royal Collections Gallery lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes, allowing you to see the main works. Afterwards, you can stay in the museum as long as you like.
What does the museum visit include?
- Guided tour of floors -1 and -2 (Habsburg and Bourbon Exhibition). Guests may stay afterward to visit floor -3 for an unlimited amount of time.
- Personalized service. We adapt to each client's needs.

Gallery entrance prices: General admission: €14 and Reduced admission: €7. You can purchase your tickets on the same day at the museum or reserve them through Tour Time at no additional cost to avoid queues. If you want us to buy them, indicate it in the contact form. Attendance increases on weekends, so book as soon as possible to have it organized.

- What are radio guides? They are a wireless guidance system that allows easy communication between the guide and the visitor. It’s the most practical and advisable method of communication so you don’t miss a single detail. Not to be confused with an audio guide (in this case, there is no physical person interacting with the visitor).
Cancellation:
- Users can cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the contracted service and receive a refund of the amount paid, deducting any management and reservation fees.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or there is no show, there will be no refund as the services will be closed and will generate costs.
