What is the price of the Santiago Bernabéu Tour?
- Price of the visit for private groups: €180 (1 to 4 people)
- Additional: €45/person from the fifth person.
- Children up to 6 years old: Free.
- Reduced Price: €29. (Children ages 6 to 12 and people with special needs). *The discount applies as long as it does not affect the base price of €180.
- Museum tickets are not included. Please ask the Tour Time team before purchasing tickets.

- The tour lasts approximately 2 hours, with time to stop and take photos. You will be accompanied by an accredited guide during this time.

- How to make a reservation? Fill out the form indicating the day and time, number of people, etc. We will contact you to discuss details, so you don’t have any doubts. Book at least 24 hours before the tour.
- Is there a minimum number of participants required? The published price is for one person, but we personalize each situation. Check the prices.
- What is the payment method? Transfer or cash.
- Can I take photos or videos on the Tour? Yes, it is allowed throughout the tour, including the museum.
- Is there any type of storage room to leave suitcases, baby strollers, etc.? There is no place enabled for this.
- Can I take a suitcase or baby stroller? It is possible, but you should know that the Tour route goes through numerous flights of stairs.
- Once I have accessed the Tour, can I leave and re-enter? No, one access is allowed.
- Can I enter with my pet? Only guide dogs are allowed.
Cancellation
- Users can cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the contracted service and receive a refund of the amount paid, deducting any management and reservation fees.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or there is no show, there will be no refund as the services will be closed and will generate costs.

On match days, there will be some restrictions that you should be aware of for reasons of organisation by the Club itself.

- The Bernabéu Tour can only be carried out up to five hours before the start of the match.
- The changing rooms will remain closed on the day.
- For organisational reasons due to the large number of spectators at the matches, the tour may be subject to changes in its route and/or access to part of the route.
- People who use wheelchairs: for this type of group, the complete BERNABÉU TOUR cannot be offered due to the fact that there are areas with stairs. They will be offered a visit to those areas that are accessible at any given time, taking into account the works that are being carried out at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Let us know if anyone requires any specific attention so that we can adapt our organisation.

Due to the stadium renovation works, access for PMR (persons with reduced mobility) will be temporarily cancelled.
