- Users can cancel their reservation up to 72 hours before the contracted service and receive a refund of the amount paid, deducting any management and reservation fees.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or there is no show, there will be no refund as the services will be closed and will generate costs.

- Aqueduct of Segovia. Built in the 1st–2nd century AD, it is one of the best-preserved Roman aqueducts in the world, with more than 160 arches and almost 29 metres high at its tallest point. Freely accessible monument; no ticket required.
- Segovia Cathedral. Known as «the Lady of Cathedrals», it is one of the last Gothic cathedrals built in Spain (16th century), with Renaissance elements and a cloister with a painting museum.
- Alcázar of Segovia. A fortress shaped like a ship's prow on a rocky outcrop, with almost 900 years of history as a royal palace, prison and artillery school.
- Jewish Quarter and former Main Synagogue. The medieval Jewish quarter next to Plaza del Corpus Christi, with the former synagogue, now a church. Free access to the exterior; the interior is subject to service times.
- Calle Real and Plaza Mayor. The historic shopping street of the city, lined with Renaissance palaces and with the Cathedral itself as a backdrop.
